Farm to Table Breakfast & Gastrobar

Delight yourself with a breakfast where the bread is crispy, the jams are vibrant and made with hand-picked ingredients and the eggs have the most creamy yolks you can dream of, which only free-range chickens provide. Most of the ingridients are local and fresh.

Our breakfast is the perfect way to start a day full of adventure and relaxation and is included in all reservations.

To be as fresh as possible, some elements may vary depending on the time of year, but you can count on daily ground coffee, a variety of the best crispy breads and jams in the region, cheese and sausages, eggs from free-range chickens, juices and seasonal fruits, as well as the other traditional elements.

In our small Gastrobar, our menu gives a touch of modernity to local recipes ensuring that kost of the ingredients are fresh and sourced from local producers. Cool off in the pool or terrace and have one of the region’s famous and bubbly Verde wines or opt for a trans-Atlantic cocktail.

The snack menu is dynamic and changes according to the season, but there are toasts and sandwiches with vegetables from small producers and local smokehouse. There are many vegetable options, too.
